Learn IT Academy is the Middle East's largest Google education partner, supplying schools across the region with Google Workspace for Education licences, Chromebooks, and teacher training. Despite their market position, their WordPress site didn't reflect it - it was outdated, drove almost no leads or traffic, and offered no way for parents to purchase products for their children. There was no e-commerce function, no lead generation to speak of, and the site simply wasn't presenting them as the premier Google education partner in the UAE.
The brief split into two distinct workstreams. First, rebuild the public-facing site to establish Learn IT as the authority in their space - a design language that echoed Google's brand without overstepping, a lead generation engine that actually delivered enquiries, and a bespoke e-commerce platform built around the specific way schools and parents interact. Second, develop a standalone multi-language LMS for a Kuwait Ministry of Education contract to train 40,000 teachers on Google's AI products. Both needed to feel premium, scalable, and purpose-built.
For the core site, we designed a frontend that sits close to Google's brand guidelines - a palette that reflects Google's identity without lifting it directly, keeping Learn IT positioned as a credible partner rather than an imitator. We built a bespoke e-commerce platform that allows granular, per-school configuration - individual pricing, school-specific product catalogues, and the ability to toggle requirements like warranties on a per-school basis. Parents see only what's relevant to their child's school. A full admin backend gives the team visibility over orders, analytics, and shipping logistics. For the LMS, we built a fully bespoke multi-language platform in English and Arabic, powered by Google OAuth sign-in. Teachers log in, pick up courses, and resume wherever they left off - all progress tracked against their user profile. On completion, certificates are automatically generated. A comprehensive analytics backend reports completion rates, course-level breakdowns, and individual progress to the Kuwaiti government.
We worked through the existing site's search positioning to ensure nothing was lost in the transition - though in reality, there was very little organic equity to protect. The new site was built with SEO foundations from the ground up. The e-commerce system was architected to handle the complexity of multi-school configurations without adding friction for the end user - a parent's experience stays simple regardless of the logic running behind it. The LMS was built to scale for 40,000 concurrent users, with full course tracking, certificate generation, and a government-facing analytics suite delivered as a single, cohesive platform.
In the six months since launch, the new site has driven significant organic impressions and clicks, generating a consistent flow of enquiries - something the team had never experienced from their previous site. Parents can now purchase directly through a tailored e-commerce experience, and the admin team has full operational visibility. The LMS is actively training 40,000 teachers across Kuwait, with real-time progress tracking and automated certification. Learn IT now has a digital presence that matches their position as the region's leading Google education partner.
