  • Motion & Visual Designer

    Small, flat digital creative agency in Dubai, working with clients across Europe and the Gulf, hiring a Motion & Visual Designer with strong design sensibilities. Not a lead role, but a lot of creative ownership day to day.

    The role

    • Motion graphics, 3D, visual and graphic design, plus some light web design work
    • You'll slot into a small remote team
    • Daily collaboration with the development team in Figma

    What we're after

    • Strong motion portfolio, with After Effects essential
    • Comfortable with 3D (Cinema 4D / Blender)
    • Figma for daily collaboration with the dev team
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
    • Some web design experience
    • 3+ years experience
    • Bonus: interest in AI tools, paid media (including media buying), or iGaming and fintech clients

    The practical bits

    • Full time, Dubai based or remote
    • Hours are flexible, with a good overlap into European time zones (roughly 10am to 6pm Gulf time)

  • Outbound Sales

    We're looking for someone who can start conversations with operators who actually need Shopify, brand, or growth work, rather than run a junior BDR farm. Small team, you own the pipeline, and you hand off to the specialist who will do the work.

    The role

    • Outbound to eCommerce and D2C brands across Europe and the Gulf
    • Prospecting, first conversations, and a clean handoff to the specialist
    • You'll work alongside Shopify, brand, and media people, not on a sales floor

    What we're after

    • 2+ years outbound B2B sales, ideally agency or commerce SaaS
    • Comfortable on LinkedIn, email, and the phone
    • Enough eCommerce literacy to have a real conversation
    • Bonus: Shopify, paid media, or GCC market experience

    • Full time, based in Dubai
    • Salary based on experience, and we'll talk numbers on a first call
    • Hours are flexible, with a good overlap into European time zones
