Why this exists
We built this internally for our paid social work. Most platforms still want GIFs for animated banner ads and the off-the-shelf converters render them with smeared color bands and 1.5 MB file sizes that get rejected at upload. Our tool runs entirely in your browser, uses Floyd-Steinberg dithering to make photo gradients look clean, and flags anything over the 1 MB cap before you waste a creative review.
